Designed to evaluate the performance of the air removal system of pre-vacuum assisted sterilizers
Consists of series of steam penetration (air removal) barriers in the centre of which is a chemical indicator sheet
Made of thermochromic ink formulation that detects problems with the steam quality
Integrator ink contains no lead or heavy metals
Abrupt and distinctive total colour change of blue to black instead of a tonal colour change
Indicator sheet can be kept as reference for permanent record
Eliminates the need to construct test packs
Eliminates the concern of heavy metal exposure
